Kwan Takahata is a character from the original show. His Wiki page is located here. He is also a character within The Two Phantoms series and, like in the original series, is one of the two popular boys besides Dash Baxter. Although he's in the same league as Dash, Kwan is actually slightly nicer and dumber than Dash.

He is of Asian descent with short black hair and sea foam green eyes. He is very muscular and fit, he usually wears the standard uniform of the jocks: a red-and-white letterman jacket, with a black t-shirt underneath and light blue jeans and white shoes.
In During the ending of Phantom Showdown and his time-skip/epilogue, In his 30's he change his hairstyle to a Japanese ponytail, he also wears a white shirt with a red circle in the middle which stands for japan, he wears black pants with white Japanese symbols on it, and he wears black laceless shoes.
as a karate teacher, he wears a white karate outfit, with a black belt and black sandals.
When fighting, Kwan wears Brown wrist bracers, a golden belt, and reddish-brown pants.
As an adult, his voice is similar to Master Monkey from Kung-Fu Panda, and Jackie Chan from Jackie Chan Adventures.
